Sweet Pea Earl Grey

Sweet Pea Earl Grey

So bold and so unusual! Earl Grey is a large flowered Spencer type Sweet Pea with two tone flaked petals. Flaked varieties have colour on both sides of the petals that radiate from the middle out to the edges. Normally there will be a single colour on a white background but what is unusual about Earl Grey is that the colour on the outer petals is maroon, while on the wing petals it is dark blue. Bred by New Zealand breeder, Dr.Keith Hammett.

All our seed is hand harvested from plants grown in East Anglia.
